You bear direct and sole liability for any unlawful statements, unauthorized disclosures, or legal infractions arising directly from your posted content.

Furthermore, you agree not to post, share, or submit any content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit. You must refrain from publishing any material that deceives, misleads, impersonates another person, or spreads knowingly false information or misinformation. Users must ensure that their commentary strictly respects third-party intellectual property, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, as well as individual privacy rights. You further agree not to upload unauthorized commercial promotions, advertisements, automated bulk messages, or computer codes designed to disrupt or compromise the Platform.

All user-generated content and comments posted on the Platform reflect solely the views and opinions of the individual submitting them. The Platform does not endorse, verify, guarantee, or assume legal responsibility for the accuracy, lawfulness, or quality of any third-party submissions. The Platform operates as a neutral host and undertakes no obligation or duty to pre-screen, systematically monitor, edit, or approve user-generated content prior to or after publication. Under no circumstances shall the Platform, its owners, or its operators be held liable for any loss, injury, claim, or damage arising from user misconduct, third-party content, or your reliance on information posted by other users.

The Platform reserves the absolute right, exercisable at its sole discretion at any time and without prior notice, to review, edit, reject, hide, or permanently remove any user submission, as well as to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account for non-compliance or for any other reason. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Platform, its owners, and its representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, or legal expenses arising out of or related to your submitted content, your use of the website, or your breach of these guidelines. Furthermore, the refusal to supply such information within an appropriate time period shall be treated as a rescission of the request for redressal. Processing timelines will only commence once a fully verifiable and complete submission is received.

If a complainant is dissatisfied with the initial resolution or if a submission was rejected for technical invalidity, the complainant may escalate the matter by filing a formal internal appeal vide this form. In accordance with the applicable law and site terms, users explicitly agree to exhaust this internal appeal pathway in the first instance before escalating any data dispute to any authority. The concerned officer will issue a final determination within 30 days of receiving a valid, fully completed appeal submission.

The Platform reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notification. Material modifications will be notified on the Platform. All updates become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform, and your continued use of the site constitutes full acceptance of any revised terms.
